Leadership Summit

On 6-8 May VIII Spring Convention WISE CIS took place. Traditionally consultants and disseminators of Hubbard management technology as well as all those who are interested in to start this activity in the future or those who deal with various social projects attended this convention. This time Leadership Summit of WISE CIS community and those who are ready to take this role in the society was held in a beautiful are of Moscow region, in recreation hotel "Zaria".

Convention was attended by consultants, business owners and personnel of their companies from more than thirty cities, literally from all over the world - including Russia, US, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, Far East.

Special guest speaker from the USA, Jim Maters(President and co-owner "Consumer Energy Solutions," company has delivered several seminars related with problems of broad dissemination as information about business company or dissemination activity, and that is what Dissemination and PR division is supposed to do. Jim shared his experience and results of his job both as an owner of a successful company and as a man who has introduced large groups to L. Ron Hubbard's technology. Jim has been working in this area for a long time in his company and likes this type of activity very much, and he believes that the secret of his successes in this area are depend on a strong intention.

On one of his seminars, which was of the most interest to all attendees, he covered the application of the data evaluator tech in a business company.

During the seminars attendees did various practical drills including setting a goal and increasing interest of a group. There were practices and team games. All this brought about the spirit of game making it cheerful and interesting.

On the first day of the Convention, CO WISE CIS Eugenia Sukhareva introduced WISE strategy and showed how the current WISE strategy is connected with history of Hubbard management technology development, with licensing of the first WISE consultants, with the goal and purposes of WISE in general. She emphasized the main membership benefits - "Model of Admin Know-How" implementation programs and WISE Prosperity planner. She covered the achievements of WISE consultants, including the rising statistics of value of services delivered by all the consultants generally as well as contribution "Visotskiy Consulting" and "ATManagement group" companies to "Model of Admin Know-How" programs completions in 2010, they have successfully completed respectively 22 and 19 management tools implementation projects.

One of the seminars was delivered by Alexander Visotskiy, the owner of "Visotskiy Consulting" company, who shared his experience as an owner of different businesses and as a consultant who was working with dozens of owners. He explained how to find out if it is possible at all to consult an owner and his business and what are three types of consulting projects which can turned to be disastrous for implementing the technology.

This Convention was unique as for the first time ever a special "Consultants Fair" was organized, it was a presentation opportunity for the leading consulting companies. Attendees had a great chance to know each other better, to receive information about new "players" and new services, give others exact reality about their own companies, achievements and results.

Round table with the leading consultants on the subject of "Tools for Creating COE's," was held on the first evening, it was ru by Vladislav Mutasov (the owner of the company "ATManagement group"). Attendees shared their successful experience, gave examples from their consulting practice, talked about ways how to promote and deliver services for implementing LRH management technology. WISE member Valeriy Chulakov also shared his experience of how to train executives. He is an owner of several successful businesses, and his most successful action was getting his staff trained on courses, and he himself got trained on those courses together with his executives.

By invariable tradition it was a shish kebab at the Convention, as well as useful gifts and souvenirs from WISE office.

"Offensive PR rather than defensive". What is that? A seminar on this subject was delivered by Nina de Kastro, PR specialist of the highest class trained in Los-Angeles.

Also traditionally for the May Convention CO WISE CIS Eugenia Sukhareva presented new WISE members directory 2011 and thanked Andrey and Eugenia Medvedik (helpers of Moscow Charter Committee) for their contribution and great product.

Attendees liked the directory. And liked very much to find a page with their own company.

Registration Chief WISE CIS Valentina Kouropiatnik covered dissemination tools that anyone can use to both telling others about WISE and promoting their own services. Attendees liked drills on how to use these tools.

The chairman of Moscow Charter Committee Irina Beliaeva delivered a seminar "What is the most dangerous virus which can ruin development and prosperity of any company". How to spot those who creates developed traffic, how to spot the indicators of irresponsibility and how the production of the company is affected by the fact that the executive is overloaded, - these are just a few questions covered during this seminar.

Representatives of Charter Committees as well as the best companies and consultants were commended by WISE CIS office for good level of volume of services delivered and participating in dissemination games. And "Performia CIS" company was commended for the highest volume of services delivered.

Another round table was delivered by CO WISE CIS Eugenia Sukhareva. The purpose of this round table was to show WISE strategies to the leading consultants and consulting companies. They looked at WISE CIS strategies, certain statistics, discussed possible forms of interaction between consultants.

The owners of "Business-Forward Continent" company Galina Smoliakova and Vladimir Kusakin mediated on a round table "How to avoid pitfalls when pulling in big clients", where everyone present, after hearing certain data, could ask themselves the question, "And what prevents me from selling my product or service at a higher price?"

A huge cake was a "center of attention" in evening of 7th May. Everybody was singing "Happy Birthday" to Galina Smoliakova (first Russian OTVIII).

There were a lot of communications, meetings, negotiations on the Convention. All attendees agreed that Convention is a great opportunity to meet people, as well as to study and have a good time!

The attendees were leaving convention not only with valuable data and high morale but also with useful gifts from WISE CIS office. And now our team is even more motivated to deliver services which help groups flourish and prosper!
